Exhibition

 

Industry conferences are the best platform for promoting company image and products. 2026 China Spice Conference will set up nearly 40 exhibition booths located in the corridor outside the conference hall. The exhibition is conducive to displaying the products & image of companies and facilitating communication & business talks among delegates.

The details are as follows:

I. Fee: USD500/a booth

A. Booth is a backboard at back and a table + two chairs in the front. The size of back board will be confirmed later.

B. Exhibitors will design the backboard picture and deliver it by Oct.20, 2026. The conference will print and install the booth.

C. Exhibitors just bring samples and promotion materials to the booth.

II. Time: Nov.11-12, 2026

Begin: 08:00, Nov.11

Finish: 18:00, Nov.12

III. Booking for booth

Register on line for conference first and reserve the booth at same time

IV. Attentions

1. Booth will have priority feedback to sponsors.

2. Open reservation of booth is limited to the quantities.

3. Selection of the booth location is subject to the reservation order, once the location is selected, it will not be changed anymore.

4. If you have special design, or other requirements for the booth such as electricity, water, TV, more tables and chairs and so on, please contact secretariat.

5. Samples or promotion materials for the booth will be prepared by exhibitors.

6. Booth pictures should be designed by the exhibitors and submitted to secretariat no later than Oct.20, 2026.
