The total construction area of the new factory is about 40,000 square meters, including production buildings, chemical warehouses, sewage treatment plants, fire pump rooms, and guard rooms. The new factory in Shanghai mainly produces dry powder products such as spices, compound seasonings, and wrapping materials, as well as wet sauce products such as sauces, emulsified sauces, flavor sauces, sweet sauces, and fruit sauces. The planned total production capacity in the long term will reach 160,000 tons per year.

 

With the appearance of the new factory in Shanghai, there is also Shanghai TIC, with a total area of 2,700 square meters, including office area, wet and dry laboratories, flavor laboratories, analytical laboratories, research and development kitchens, application laboratories, experimental kitchens, food studios, creative centers and sensory evaluation areas. The food studio is used for product concept display, cooking and beverage production process display, product innovation activities, and internal kitchen training. The creative center is used for focus interviews, brainstorming, and internal training.
